Upstand Health Ltd processes personal information in accordance with applicable Ghanaian data-protection requirements, including the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Contact and organisation details; order, payment and delivery information; enquiry and support records; marketing preferences; and limited website, device or cookie information.
To process orders and payments, coordinate delivery, manage customer accounts, respond to enquiries, investigate concerns, meet legal obligations, protect our operations and—with appropriate permission—provide relevant company or product updates.
Only where reasonably necessary with delivery, payment, technology and professional service providers; manufacturers investigating a product concern; or regulators and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but product descriptions, prices, packaging, availability and delivery estimates may change. Manufacturer labels and confirmed order information take priority where there is a difference.
An enquiry, basket or submitted order does not guarantee supply. An order becomes accepted when Upstand Health confirms availability, price, payment requirements and fulfilment. We may decline or limit an order where stock, regulatory, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery concerns arise.
Applicable prices, taxes, delivery charges and payment terms should be confirmed before fulfilment. Wholesale customers may have separate approved credit and commercial terms.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with its operation, misrepresent your identity or use its content unlawfully.
